By having a design rate per square foot, My Maker can ensure that all projects are given the needed amount of time and attention with minimal constraints.

No. My Maker is a design studio offering architectural, landscape, remodel, and artistic design services only. We can provide a contract builder recommendation for your project at your request. You are free to choose the contract builder that best suits your project. My Maker does remain available for any design questions to best assist your chosen contract builder throughout the building portion of your project.

Yes! My Maker specializes in creating scaled floor plan drawings for existing homes & structures. We also design new floor plan layouts for your remodel or new build project. All floor plans created by My Maker will be delivered in PDF, CAD, JPG, or PRINTED format.

Absolutely. The amount of time between your project's design phase and build phase makes no difference to us. My Maker will always hold a place of priority for previously completed designs that need assistance to come to fruition.
